Unwind in a Restorative Yin Yoga class, a slow-paced, meditative practice designed to support the nervous and immune systems, improve flexibility and release deep connective tissues (ligaments, joints, and fascia) through long-held, passive floor poses. Set in a tranquil, softly lit environment, this class reduces stress and helps quiet the mind. You will leave feeling softer, clearer and deeply relaxed.
